Life is experienced in safe connection with ourselves, others, and our community. Our experience enables us to offer effective outpatient, individualized, therapeutic care and services. We treat a number of mental health challenges, and provide a neutral ground to individuals, children, families, and couples.
Our focus is to help individuals and families heal, grow, and strengthen their capacities to live, laugh, love, and learn. We achieve this by providing a neutral safe space, listening to your story, and developing a treatment plan to meet your goals.
We promise to join alongside of you for the steps of your journey. Our goal is to help you identify your inner strengths, grow from challenges, heal and move forward to where you want to be in your life. You choose the direction for your next steps.

Depression, isolation, fear, chronic stress, and anxiety are some of the most common and uncomfortable emotional states that we can experience in our lives. Through counseling and treatment, we are able to help you recover connection, motivation, perspective, strengths, and joys that you once had in your life.
Many individuals can experience symptoms associated with painful traumatic circumstances as well as adverse life experiences. Anxiety, fear, avoidance, anger, overwhelm, and hopelessness are a few emotions that can keep the body and mind frozen in a trauma response state. We can help you overcome these symptoms and guide you through the process of healing and regaining a sense of presence in your life.
Relationship is at the core of our existence and our hardwiring as mammals. Relationship counseling can be beneficial to couples and families who are looking to strengthen their emotional connection, in all stages of their relationship and life cycles. Therapy sessions are held with different relationship dynamics and key people. It is a supportive place to discuss issues and solutions to better strengthen your relationship within your whole family system.
